Information

The booking will be GUARANTEED up to the date of validity which will appear in the e-mail in response to your request.

The booking will be GUARANTEED only with notification of deposit or bank transfer at least a daily fare. Our bank details will appear in the e-mail response. The payment data should be informed – within the period of validity – via fax, phone or e-mail with the number of the identified booking.

The CANCELLATION of the booking will be automatic and without notice if the notification of payment for warranty in term of validity of the reserve is not informed.

Payment

 We operate only with advance payment of daily rates (at check-in).

 Extra expenses and phone calls must be paid daily for continuation of services

 We do not exchange money and do not accept payment in foreign currency or "travel checks".

 For advance cash payment, a 5% discount will be given. Mastercard, Rede Shop, Visa and Visa Electron are accepted. Bank checks are not accepted.

 Registered companies have facilities in payment.

Check in and Check out

The daily period begins at 13:00pm and ends at 12:00pm

 Half-day reservations are not accepted. 

 If you want check in before 12:00pm – early check-in – and there is availability at the time of your arrival, an additional period (%) is charged. 

 Guarantee of availability only with confirmation of the full period. 

 Check out after 12:00pm – late check out – if there is availability, an additional period (%) is charged up to 5:00pm. If necessary we have free locker at the reception.

Reservation

 The confirmed reservation will be considered No Show an hour after the time set for entry of the guest.

 Guaranteed reservations will be held for 12 hours after the time set for entry of the guest at the Hotel.

 One night will be charged for "No Show" guaranteed reservation.

Internal Politics

 Minors under 18 y.o. can only stay if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, upon presentation of supporting documentation and ID/Passport of the legal responsible and minor(s).

 Do not charge Service Fee, Tourism Fee or ISS.

 The rates refer only to lodging and breakfast.

 Animals are not permitted in the apartments.

Refund and Cancellation

The refund for advance payments are only granted for the cancellation requests done up to 72 hours in advance of the date of entry.

Changes of guaranteed reservation may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the date of entry. Requests for cancellation and refund should be made exclusively through e-mail or personally.

There will be no refund of deposit informed after the automatic cancellation of the booking.
